Mission

The Mulford Corporation was formed by the Municipal Housing Authority for the City of Yonkers (MHACY) to provide social services to residents of the low- and moderate- income housing, to raise funds to supplement the housing authority’s low-income housing projects, and, in general, to support the housing authority. It is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes by relieving the poor and distressed and/or lessening the burdens of government.

Program Areas

Provides social services to residents of the low- and moderate-income housing projects operated by the Municipal Housing Authority for the City of Yonkers, to increase the accessibility of low-income housing, to raise funds to supplement MHACY’s low-income housing projects.
